Acro Yoga Therapy

Partner Thai Massage and Inversion Therapy is a practice that blends Thai Massage and Partner Yoga. In the form of L-Basing for inversions or partner stretching, you will learn to completely let go and open yourself to the infinite capability of healing for your mind, body and spirit. Acrobatic Partner Yoga

Acrobatic Partner Yoga is a playful and safe practice that can be used as therapy and also as a fun partner workout. Blending three elements of Thai Massage, Yoga, and Acrobatics, we are able to find a balance of giving, receiving and the balance in between. In these classes you will learn to use positive communication with your partner, friend or loved one and create a deep sense of trust in your relationship.

Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra is the art of imagery and focal relaxation. While you lay in comfortable position with the use of blankets, pillows props, eye pillows, like Savasana, Laura guides you through each aspect of your physical and energetic body. This practice can be comparable to 8 hours of deep sleep, as it helps to rejuvenate and nourish your mind body and spirit. Sessions are offered with sound healing therapy with crystal singing bowls and vibrational sound healing techniques. You are invited to set an intention, or Sankalpa, that helps stay aligned with your inner focus, while you are guided into each layer of your existence.

This practice has many benefits that include:
- reduces chronic and acute tensional stress stored in our body, mind and spirit
- clears and opens the subconscious mind
- enhances memory, creativity, and learning capacity
- helps to manage psycological and psychosomatic well being
